I'm Angie. I’m a designer and design researcher based in Washington, DC. My strengths run across translating complex concepts into simple, compelling visual stories that motivate people to take action. I love storytelling, developing visual styles, and all things color theory.

I believe that good design comes from a desire to understand and connect. I’m a big advocate for the intersection of qualitative and quantitative research to help us find out our how (of course), but also our who and our why because understanding the whole story is how we are going to design for the big challenges.
